We previously featured tournaments in FC24, Street Fighter 6, Guilty Gear Strive and Tekken 8. With combined prize pools of over €3500 in 2024. For our summer event, our summer showdown will host over 100 enthusiastic fighting game players.

The Irish Gaming Market in partnership with Level Up Gaming and GG Machines present the IGM Winter Showdown 2025. Shaping up to be our biggest tournament yet!

Bringing you HUGE scaling prize pools for games like STREET FIGHTER 6, TEKKEN 8, GUILTY GEAR STRIVE, SMASH ULTIMATE, UNDER NIGHT IN BIRTH II , Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising, 2XKO and Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3.

IGM Summer Showdown '25

The Irish Gaming Market was delighted to present the 'IGM Summer Showdown' , part of the Emerald Circuit.

This tournament kicked off the summer with a wide array of fighting games including STREET FIGHTER 6 , TEKKEN 8 , Guilty Gear Strive , Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising , Under Night In-Birth II with a combined prize pool of €1550.

As part of our side events we ran a Guilty Gear Strive Tournament prize pool of €200. This was played on Playstation 4 Pro's following a double elimination format on default settings and ran by members of the Guilty Gear Community in Ireland in collaboration with IGM.

Also featured as part of our side events was Moonatics, a Fighiting Game Irish indie dev title.
